They requested the same documents several time,and they closed my first loan without any explanation the whole process took extremely too long
The closing documents were wrong, so we had to close twice, I was never able to get a straight answer to any of my questions. I was told it would cost zero dollars to close and it ended up being more than $3,000, which I wasn't told until 3 days before the first closing. This was truly the worst mortgage closing I've ever been through. And the worst part is that Penny Mac blamed it on the title company and made them send me a check for my troubles.
