Everyone was very professional and made it easy for me to accomplish the refinance on my home. Even considering it was a VA loan I honestly expected it to be more difficult. The only issue I had was understanding my initial loan officer on the phone as there were many cut-outs and static. Not sure what the problem was there, but, we got through it. Clear and prompt information
Andrew Mauch and others involved were very attentive and helpful. The closing was a lot sooner than I expected and easier than expected. Everything seems fine and I pray that it all is a AWESOME as it went. I can’t say anything negative about Andrew and his team. Thank you for making it all easy!
Overall process steps worked well however trust factor challenged regarding costs to refinance. Loyal, good customers should not be taken for granted and should be given best deal possible without being made to feel not valued , take it or leave it approach, j no it good business model with many alternatives options in t he e marketplace today.
She answered all of my questions and was very nice and informative. Will definitely recommend her.
I was told my monthly rate would be one amount and it ended up being higher than that. I was told I would be able to get my loan completed while I was deployed overseas and it became a hassle and very unpleasant business trying to do everything necessary to get the process done.
More information concerning the total process from beginning to end would have been very helpful. A pre checklist and meaning of each process would have been important and meaningful.
