Too much reliance on the web portal. Too much of what amounted to a home-work assignment for me. I sent and submitted documents multiple times. If it was not where you demanded it to be, I had to then figure out why and how to correct. The company has constructed a terribly efficient process, but not a very resilient process. Pennymac is first class service, they did what they said they would do. I appreciate that they did not require a second appraisal since we had one completed just a few months prior. I hope we can refi again if it makes sense.
