Claudia was amazing. There were a few issues that cropped up but she stepped in to help.
This is a second mortgage we've had with PennyMac. Closings are never easy but this is as smooth as it could get. I would use PennyMac again if I were closing on another home.
Francesca was listed on the emails and documents, but I never did speak to her. The person who filled out my original application actually helped me a couple times, but most of my conversations were with whoever answered the main line. I usually did have to be transferred around a few times before getting someone who could help.
