Sandi was SO amazing! She helped me so very much and it was obvious that she CARED about me and my loan! Several documents were requested multiple times, but not because of her—tech problems or system problems—but SHE checked in with me and made sure to confirm that documents were received, etc. She was wonderful! Very professional, efficient, and personable-great combination! This customer is VERY happy to have worked with her!!!!
