There was going to be a delay to the closing date which we were not happy with so Penny Mac was able to make it happen on time.
They exceeded my expectations
Everything was great except the expectations of the final process. Notary met us outside someone office and didn't tell us we needed to make our own copies. Otherwise process was ok.
The real estate taxes were to be rolled into the new loan, but were not.
Great communication throughout the entire process. Questions were immediately addressed and answered. Seamless process to complete the refinance process.

Claudia Garcia and the entire process with Penny Mac was very professional and courteous. All my questions were answered Claudia would follow-up quickly when I had questions and she would also call me to let me know where each step of the process was. I really appreciated how PennyMac an their employee/s handle my business. Thank you PennyMac
