Andrew did a very good job for us. But we heard from many other reps that would tell us that we needed to get documents to PennyMac that we had already sent. This happened way too many times.
Mrs. Joyce was great! Very personable, kind and funny! She explained the documents clearly and thoroughly. PennyMac has been a great mortgage lender and would recommend them to anyone. Overall great experience. Thanks so much.
