Everything went smooth and quick from start to finish.
We never had communication with Savannah Palmer so I can't accurately an interaction with them. The title company used had an issue with documentation on their end which delayed funding, and they didn't contact us to inform us of the delay.

It would have been a better experience if I could have closed when expected. The delay cost me more and the reason for the delay was ridiculous.
My experience with Pennymac, and my refinance was was great, after a couple of glitches we were able to secure a closing to my satisfaction and I got my money forthwith. Thank you Pennymac
