The process was laid out fairly well, and my representative, Kelvey Becks, did an outstanding job, but whenever others tried to follow up, I was asked for the same document on three separate occasions. Kelvey jumped in, and corrected the misunderstanding to resolve the issue.

Phillip was who took my appication and he was awesome as well. I could call him and have questions whatever and he had all the answers. Then Michelle out of Plano TX is who I really delt with afterwards on the finial steps of process. Which is is only about 35minutes from my resident so that was great knowing I had someone close by and not states away I was dealing with.
