we got the best loan. if everyone was on same page, loan originator and closing team did not had access to same portal and loan originators were not that responsive. I had to keep calling and emailing them over and over.

Closing cancelled 2 times last minute Penny Mac my current mortgage holder didn’t realize that the property was a condo causing delay in cleaning
