I don't believe it was Eric's fault, but because I am self employed requests for documentation was extreme.
Hilda and DeeDee stepped in to assist after I was left with n the dark by my loan officer and his supervisor. These 2 ladies did great and I felt they really wanted to help me. The other 2 fellas didn’t care, I felt like I was a bother to them.
