A little longer process than what I expected, but overall my experience was great. Craig was honest and knows my situation after our initial interview. Krystal Fuentes was on top of the loan document processing. Together with Christina White, she was patient with us. We had some reservations going through with our refinance, but the PennyMac team easied all of our concerns with quick responses to our questions. They made our process easy and haggle free.
Maggie and Danyell were awesome. We encountered some issues with my loan and prior appraisals out of their control, but they were able to move things along.
The rates were competitive, the process was user friendly, the remote notary was super organized, and I had very little cash out of pocket. Closing took less than 15 minutes!…
