Fewer contacts in the process. Too many different people involved
Grace was very kind and when I got her on the phone she was very helpful. Somehow, my realtor team exploded to 8 people and she did quite well pushing everyone along to get the closing done...early! If I worked with her again, I'd only ask that we utilized the mac website more often for document requests. I have used PennyMac in the past and the document requests were made very simple by the request being made through the portal. Other than that though, it worked out very well with Grace.
Edna called me weekly to keep me informed of the status of my application. This was very helpful as opposed to sitting and not knowing where things were.
Personal need to talk to each other, so their on the same page. So I wouldn't have to do request twelve times. Also the dates as to when closeing and checks were done. Some personal were great in their help.
It went smoother than any other experience we’ve had. We closed 2weeks earlier than expected and from start to finish everyone was very nice and helpful
Ammie was the worst! I had to call in multiple times to get my own answers and help with closing since no direct line to reach her via call or email. Nick Schmidt and Ricardo Herrera were the ones who assisted me from start to the end, not Ammie. She did not do her job at all! And the PennyMac dashboard is USELESS, slow and wrong closing documents, not user friendly either. But I want to sincerely thank Ricardo (Richard) for helping me thru closing and all my questions and issues I had.
