Personnel we’re prompt, professional and knowledgeable. They were very informative without being pushy or overbearing. Constant follow up provided if I missed a step; great service in all!
The third party vendor you use for the closings was not very professional and in our opinion not great to work with! We ran into more issues than one with them. For PennyMac itself, some individuals just don't return calls, which left us to reach out to many different departments before a question or issue could of gotten resolved!
My only suggestion would be to have a direct way to contact a specific loan processor. If I replied to emails from Ms. Herrmann I would often get responses from someone else on the team that may not be as familiar with our file. Aside from that minor suggestion, the process was great!
I mainly dealt with Fidencio Velazquez during my process and he was absolutely awesome. Explained things well, was quick to answer, was prompt, and was extremely courtesy! He made the process so smooth. The company overall was the same. I had everything done in 13 days! Thank you so much for a smooth and quick process PennyMac!
Too much to type. But basically PennyMac has more business than they can handle. Lack with communication and understanding of individual customers loan. I had to make sure Tara new the parameters of my loan each time and even then she would just sound like a robot and state what other teams told her to. When the information was wrong. She didn’t know even to push back when I asked.
