The communication was excellent. There was “no guessing” at anything on our end. We were fully informed of everything within the process. When we needed help, we were helped and everyone involved were always pleasant.

Loan process was quick and easy. Loan processor was very knowledgeable and and had a pleasant disposition.

Everything went very smoothly. We had to push our closing date back a week due to emergent surgery, but everyone was very helpful, even with the small hiccup we had. My questions were answered promptly and clearly. Also, appreciated how nice everyone was.
Without question Sandi McMillan is the best at what she does ! Very polite and gave me such confidence moving forward. She constantly kept.me updated with emails I was very pleased and recommend her highly great job Sandi and thank you !!

The loan process is daunting. Loan Officer Paul Fryer helped my family by both fighting for us and communicating our needs back to the closing teams. We are grateful that PennyMac has talented staff like Paul that know what they are doing coupled with concern when things go south and work to help families get the loan.
I never spoke or received any communication from Joseph F at all. All communication was done by me when I would call to find out status. I work in the mortgage industry so know the process and understand what occurs, but if I didn't, I definitely would not have know as a "typical borrower."
