I didn’t hardly have to do anything at all, it was very easy even though I had no idea what I was doing because it was my first refinance (I’m 25). I thought that the refinance was overly expensive, however I’m ignorant of how much work and time goes into the process behind the scene. I didn’t like that the team was not aloud to recommend wether or not I should make my last payment coming up for the previous loan while in the process of closing.
