If all the requirements needed was disclosed up front things would have been less frustrating towards the end. It felt like at times we thought everything was taken care of and then additional information was needed to move forward, other than that we are very happy with Penny Mac.

Communications were not very good, I've had to follow up multiple times to receive an answer, I've had to call over and over to ask my questions, appraisal delayed my closing by over two weeks, closing was scheduled then rescheduled without checking with me if I can attend, closing documents were not accurate at the end, and I was not sent the final closing documents, I had to call my closing attorney and find out what the final payment due from me was. It was a great experience because the loan officer was available on a Saturday to fill the refinancing application with me. The portal worked very well. Also when Kelvey took over my loan he speed up the process and helped lot to complete the final steps.
