Refinancing was an easy process. We closed almost a month before our expected date. The team who handled everything was great
SO many issues with the refi that there really isn't enough room to include all the details. From my first attempt to refinance getting cancelled without my approval or notification, to getting conflicting information about the need and cost of a second appraisal, to getting less cash back at closing than the last set of disclosures indicated - all of this contributed to an UNPLEASANT experience.
