the team was very pleasant, professional and courtesy.
Although there were a few potholes early in the process, we were able to correct the issues and move the process forward. One can always anticipate bumps in the road between the lender and land title people, but getting them resolved in a timely manner deserves high marks.
It was an easy experience from start to finish, even with some hiccups on my own end regarding closing costs.
Almost hands free did a little paperwork in the beginning and the rest was hands free

Hi, closing was rescheduled 3 times due to errors on PennnyMac end. 1st time Rate was incorrect on documents at closing. Unable to resend as very difficult to reach loan officer to correct. 2nd time I nor notary received the documents after closing was scheduled. No information loan officer did not respond in time for appt. After multiple calls and corrections. Insisted to view documents before closing #3. Then 3rd time all confirmed. This is my second home loan with PennyMac and I am totally satisfied with the whole process. Everyone I worked with answered my emails, phone calls, questions and concerns in a timely manner and in broke it down that made the decision to switch my loan over to PennyMac a pleasurable experience.
I was referred by a friend and it went exactly how they described. Everything was very simple.
Took 4 months. Mortgage went up more than first estimated and loan amount over 1000 less
