The entire process was excellent, easy and the support and follow up from Francesca and Ricardo Arreola made this an excellent experience.
Zanetta was exceptional to work with. My only concern was with the individual that conducted our appraisal. I felt that they did not provide an accurate evaluation. We went through a review process, which didn't result in a change in the evaluation. I understand that there are specific regulations that must be followed, but we do not believe that the person who conducted the appraisal had the proper skills and abilities to perform that type of work.
