Mrs Izabella Boyd made my experience awesome!!! The initial 2 agents (Stephen Toth and Patrick) were unresponsive, I had to continually call them (for over 30 days), they were unmotivated and clueless. Izabella took over my loan and after a 10 minute phone call my wife and I know we would have a much better experience dealing with her. She took charge of the entire loan process reaching out to multiple individuals to try to get the job done. I got the best rate from PennyMac but probably the worst service. I don't know who Joseph Ferrante is. I spoke to Maged Nashid whom I could bearly understand and I couldn't communicate very well with. I intend to apply for another Mortgage Loan in approximately 6 months and I feel like I don't want to deal with PennyMac again.
This was a very painless process, from the initial phone call to the closing. I am very pleased with the customer service we received.

Jon called weekly to give me updates even if there wasn't any. Made sure I didn't feel like we were at a stand still. He walked me through the process and made sure it seemed very simple for someone like me to understand. Jon and his team was amazing. Would recommend his team every time.
