Dragging your feet so long then asking for same documents over and over. Started process in. Didnt close til January. Would never use again. Unless massive changes.
Great!! The process was very easy and the personnel from Pennymac was awesome!
Tiffany was pretty good, I did get asked to provide one doc several times but then it was communicated why I needed it. I did think there were too many hands in the pot but she was very detailed and very accurate and timely with her calls.
I have to admitting say this one thing. Ms Lalita Green should be given a Noble Service Award by her employer for customer service on Penny Mac Mortgages. I felt no stress at all during my refi. Hats off to you Ms Green

Stacey Jenkins and Aleccia Dodds answered my calls and emails. They helped make the process so less stressful. This was my first refinance Alieccia really helped me break down the process. I am very thankful for the help.
