Everything for the most part was done in a timely and accurate manner. Everyone that I dealt with tried to be as helpful as possible to make the loan refinancing go as smooth as possible.
Outstanding customer service
sending payoff checks to the client rather than directly to the previous lender costs the client time and money, and could lead to payoff delays and more issues. not a very client friendly way to do business.
PennyMac made the process of refinancing seamless and easy.
Im very pleased
This process was very involved in that one of the documents that was needed was slowin being provided. However, the MAC team was quite patient in doing all they could while waiting for the document to be released, after which the closing occurred without a hitch. Thank you MAC team for all you did to make this experience pleasurable.
