This we my second time trying to go through with a refinance and the second time was an excellent experience. Thank you
Jasmine did an acceptable job however I will not likely recommend PennyMac because of the lack of communication from Shalimar and the rest of the team. Shalimar did not answer questions in a timely manner and filled out our application wrong despite me correcting her on the initial phone call. When I addressed her error not being fixed messed up our cash to close and amount we were able to get out of our refinance she simply said "well that's ok".
