The loan originator was polite and pleasant the first time we spoke. After it he either did nor return my emails or it took an escalation to his supervisor to get him answered. He misrepresented the cost of the closing, did not address my questions, and I needed to get his supervisor on a phone to resolve all issues. At the end it all went well, but it was roller coaster of emotions close/ not close with PennyMac. I was even started preparation for switching to another company for refinancing.
