Sandra communicated with us throughout the entire process and answered emails/calls in a timely manner. Sandra collaborated very well with my realtor, closing agent and insurance company! Someone who is on top of their assignments. I called many times seeking clarification on the process and timeline because the emails I was sent automatically did not match what I was being told by Anita and not matching what should be happening. Also it was clear my questions annoyed her with the attitude I could hear and that was also relayed to my wife when mentioning That she (Anita) had talked to me.
