Everything went pretty smooth but it seem like I talk to a number of different people and someone asked me the value of my house and I said I didn’t really know that I only know what I’m paying for it and then they gave me a number higher than I expected. Then when it came down to the closing I asked about it and he said he don’t know where they got that number from because you have to pay to have the house appraised.
