It was a great experience working with the penny mac team.
Our experience was a nightmare. We almost didn’t close on time. None of the Penny Mac people were responsive. We have begun the process to make a complaint to the VA and BBB about our experience. It was nothing short of terrible.
Wish my questions were answered more promptly. I wouldn't hear back for days. The agent, Andrew, would get back to me immediately. Very professional.
Everyone in this process has kept me in the loop about what was happening and answered my questions. I would happily use them again if we needed to refinance or purchase a new home.
