Refinance made super easy! Hassle free experience!
They were very fast on communication of what was needed. I was able to close earlier than expected which was awesome! Great rates!
Paid in advance for flood insurance, didn't get final monthly payment, flew to Minnesota whlie family drove to Minnesota, met with title company to find out flood insurance added to monthly payments without notification, had to agree to it as I didn't want to lose home, asked Lori several times about this, still no response nor how to correct this. I feel let down by all this.
Amanda kept us up to date with the process and everyone at PennyMac was very helpful with the whole process.
