My husband did most of communication. I appreciated you having someone come to our home to sign papers. Only thing I would change is the links you use to import documents, doesn't seem to be very user friendly, but we were able to fax.
I felt closing costs were very high. A lot of fees with additional cost to pay previous loan off. Seemed like it kept getting higher and higher. $7k+ by the end.
After the initial interview and application, most of the communication and requests were emailed. The Closing process conducted by La Wanda Benson was completed quickly and efficiently. I'm thinking this refinance was a positive experience. Thank you Pennymac!
