Very simple process
Max was top notch, class act all the way...very much enjoyed our interactions every week thru this process. He was very informative, and always promptly called me back whenever I called in. Keep that guy around
Kami and everyone we had interacted with was truly amazing. They took the time to explain each different option and what would benefit my goals. Everyone was very patient and knowledgeable. I had several questions along the journey, and someone was able to answer every one of them in a very timely manner. The overall process was fast and thorough. I look forward to using PennyMac for our next home purchase down the road.

Much better communication. I had to send documents MANY Times then follow up with calls. Look at my profile,it’s as thick as a BIBLE. You guys are my Lender. This was so Frustrating. I had to call Supervisor many times. This is the third times, and I will NEVER do this again with your Company.
