Issues was communication from loan officer and day of signing. I got a call at 7 am the notary could not make it because of illness. He said he notified the office 2 hours earlier. Between service link and PennyMac mac I could not reach anyone for reschedule on Saturday. I called in and was referred to loan officer. I sent emails to both service link and multiple people with penny mac but no response period not even Monday. Got it rescheduled for Monday at 6. The entire process was extremely pleasant. Hilda Kuklinski clearly communicated the process, requested documents and time line. She was responsive and pleasant throughout. Our documents were accurate, even after we made change request on the loan amount.
