better communication, clarity of what was being requested, accurate timelines and intercommunication between all involved parties at PennyMac. Our loan was almost denied and no one communicated that message to us.

While Belinda was very kind and pleasant to speak with, I often felt like she wasn’t sure what was going on. She often misspoke, correcting herself multiple times in a conversation, could not give me straight answers, and a few times she told me she would contact me before the end of her shift and never did. I was asked for the same documents multiple times. The representative Cindy Crouse and the MacTeam provided excellent customer service. Cindy made us feel at ease through the entire process by always keeping us informed with a weekly call. I could always see her smile with such a positive and upbeat attitude. Cindy and the team were always so responsive to all of our questions and concerns, which help to make the process less stressful. Hats off to Penny Mac!
