Issues was communication from loan officer and day of signing. I got a call at 7 am the notary could not make it because of illness. He said he notified the office 2 hours earlier. Between service link and PennyMac mac I could not reach anyone for reschedule on Saturday. I called in and was referred to loan officer. I sent emails to both service link and multiple people with penny mac but no response period not even Monday. Got it rescheduled for Monday at 6. It was fine
Much better communication. I had to send documents MANY Times then follow up with calls. Look at my profile,it’s as thick as a BIBLE. You guys are my Lender. This was so Frustrating. I had to call Supervisor many times. This is the third times, and I will NEVER do this again with your Company.
Edna did great, but she caught the tale end of this loan process, the figure to close kept changing through out the process which was very frustrating.
Everyone was super nice and very professional
Communication was excellent and everything was done as promised and on time.
