Giovanna was great and very helpful and reachable.
The paperwork was easy, all online, the process was super quick and everyone and everything was explained to me through out. So happy I used PennyMac again!
My only complaint would be the lack of verbal instructions. Duplicate email instructions and multiple mailed instructions were also troubling. The only telephonic contact was with the original lending agent. However, the overall experience with the speed and convenience with PennyMac since we were already customers was very helpful. Thank you until next time.
