I had reached out for clarification multiple times and did not receive any reply. There was a final document requested that I was not able to access the upload portal, I emailed and never heard back. Someone reached out to change our closing date, to make it 2 days earlier, I replied to the email and stated that it would be ok to move the closing date, never received a reply back and ended up just closing on the original date. My Refi experience with Pennymac was exceptional!! I was very surprised at how easy it was. The process was explained very clearly. No one pushed anything or made any demands. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Kelvey! He kept on top of everything! He was always so kind, courteous, and personable and available to answer all questions at anytime - very rare! He also kept all his promises to call or provide information - also very rare! He went over everything so we knew exactly what was happening and what we were committing ourselves to. I would highly recommend PennyMac solely based on our experience with Kelvey!! He deserves a huge raise!!!
