Effective communication
There was much confusion on my part about the documents that needed to be completed as to whether they had already been completed or not. This could have been an issue with the DocuSign app be I am not sure. I kept getting emails that there were documents for me to review and sign when they had already been completed. I also realize it could have been due to my confusion and not any brought on by anyone else. This loan process was not as clear as I had been accustomed to.
I finally closed
Professional and courteous throughout the entire process. Kept us updated from week to week until we closed.
Closing was originally said to be by first week of December. After much pressure, closing finally scheduled for Dec 31st. Took my insistence to not have it pushed out to mid January.
Not asking for the same documents over and over. Reading what we sent instead of asking for things we already sent. Answers questions more accurately and getting the closing documents right without us having to ask for corrections.
Everyone was kind and helpful throughout the process! It was easy and painless despite us having to reschedule due to Covid.
Would have been a perfect 10 experience, if not for the request for repeat docs concerning Radon certification that were quickly remedied, and property address mistakes on the closing packet (also remedied) and then the mistake on the cash back numbers on the closing packet (two different numbers provided due to an additional expense appearing on the updated closing pack after correcting the address) which we still aren't sure of...we'll know when the check hits the bank. Still, a great experience.
