Always very professional, friendly, and competent from the beginning to end of the process.
It was difficult to reach specific persons involved in the loan process. Had to go through other people to reach individuals. Also documents sent were not always received and I had to resend them.
Mario and Daisy really helped to keep things moving. Mario gave me weekly updates and the penny Mac app was very useful and easy to send docs they needed.
You need to have an assigned loan officer working on the loan and that officer should answer calls from the customer instead of having multiple people working on the case.

My experience was more than great. Their professionalism and courtesy was outstanding. The phone and emails were always answered in a timely manner. I would highly recommend PennyMac Loan to everyone.
