Wow. Both Sandrea, my loan processor, and John, myloan officer were amazing people to work with. They were always very nice and patient in all the process. I refinanced 5 houses at once so you could imagine the amount of work and endless communication needed between my loan processor and officer with me. Sandrea and John were amazing.
