It went quick starting and the gentleman who started us was informative, quick to respond in timely fashion when questions arrived .
Linda called weekly just to check up if I had questions. I called and spoke to someone else one time, and she was also very helpful. I was very happy with PennyMac on my original loan, so when it came time to refinance, I went back to them.
Very professional, personal and pro-active. Great experience.
More communication throughout
Erica was wonderful, prompt and so easy to communicate with during the entire process. Will recommend Penny Mac to everyone I know.
Overall good experience. Lauren was very responsive and professional. The only critique I would make is that calls should be maid before 5:00pm. I suspect she was in a different time zone than me. I think she went above and beyond. Thanks
