Other than a missing signature on a single document that was quickly corrected, the process went very smoothly.
Communication weekly from those involved in the process would have been really nice. Questions answered in a reasonable amount of time would have been appreciated. It was a stressful process for the most part. I am so glad that it is over.

The entire process was super easy. I explored other lenders and did not have the same experience.
More proactive communication and timeline updates. So much time was spent with us waiting and wondering what was happening. It was also very difficult to get a hold of our loan agent when needed. Closing documents were inaccurate twice and should’ve been sent for our review proactively rather than us having to jump through hoops to see them prior to closing.
The initial communication was wonderful with the first couple phone calls answered all of my questions. Everything went smoothly after that.
