Lots of confusion regarding the Flood Ins. Took a really long to procees because of asking for documents PennyMac had to pay that Flood Ins. We ended up having to when PennyMac already had the funds in escrow.

The instructions were clear. The numbers were more or less accurate from the beginning so that as the date of closing changed. the numbers changed correspondingly. Your document requests were relvant and limited, which made it easier for me, Importantly, you were always there to answer questions.

Everything about financing/refinancing with PennyMac was seamless. Their portal keeps me updated on where my loan is at any given time. And when I call, I don't have to navigate through a menu of annoying prompts...just press 1 and get a real live human!
