The time frame from opening to close. I was an existing customer. I thought the process should have been easier and quicker for an existing customer. My payments have always been paid on time. I have excellent credit. My disappointment was in the length of the process.

With the exception of the initial call w/ Shannon Vaughn and the final few days communicating with Ceista Johnson, the system for communication with PennyMac was horrible. When I had questions, rarely was I able to get someone on the phone. When I did receive a call from a PennyMac representative it was usually someone with whom I had not spoken before. The most obnoxious detail is that the caller ID would almost always show up as "Potential SPAM" on my phone.
Everyone was fantastic from my very first phone call with Loan Officer Jimmy Maokhamphiou to every communication in between with the MAC Team and Richard Kinsey. thank you PennyMac for a great experience and a great deal on refinancing our home.
Jericha Kane did a very good job working with us and keeping us up to date on the process. It was quicker and easier then I thought it would be.
Super easy and was kept in the loop the whole time.
