Refinancing my home took three months. For two months nothing at all happened, including correspondence with me about my loan. I called and called and emailed with no response. Finally after speaking with technical support I was put through to my loan officer who was very rude, that is until she said the phone call was going to be recorded going forward. Then she denied not calling back and lied that she was being responsive. I have phone records and emails (or lack there of) to the contrary.

I would have liked more communication as the loan moved through the process. I asked Benedick to have my communications to be given via email as I never received a voice mail as I was told I was in the beginning of the process. Overall I think communication should be improved, I rarely if ever received a call back same day and dont think I managed to get a call through to an agent (either employee I worked with) this first time.
