Pennymac over all rocks. Just a few hiccups due to the crazy work load they have due to the low rates and the pandemic. Just stay on top of your loan. Sometimes loan officers get mixed up or over worked. Overall Pennymac is a great lender.

Anytime I had questions about the whole process, they were answered promptly. Any changes that were happening, I was told quickly. Even with the pandemic going on, the whole process was complete in a timely fashion.
