Overall I had a disappointing experience due to multiple errors and lack of timely and accurate communication and poor staff knowledge. Every step of the process there were issues. Origination fees and loan amount changed without my knowledge. Loan officers did not know where or why certain charges and credits were occurring on my discloses. All of this led to my closing disclosure needing to be corrected over 5 times, the closing date having to be rescheduled twice. Unacceptable service.

There was a confusion regarding the closing cost. However, Monisha came to the rescue, she explained and resolved everything. I was very pleased with her help and service. I have used Penny Mac with our 2 last purchases and refinancing and will always recommend them to family and friend (2 have switched in the last 6 months!).
