I was approved for a VA interest change on my PennyMac loan. During my attempted contact on 9 separate occasions with Mr. A. Mortenson was non-existent. Mr. Mortenson made no attempt to contact me after I had made nine telephonic and three emails. I finally made contact with Mr. Donald Mayday, and if it wasn't for extreme help, I would have gone with some other financial firm. I spent 30 years in the military and I give kudos to Mr. D. Mayday.
