The process was quick and easy.
The loan closing was moved back several times. Nicolas was extremely patient and helpful, unfortunately there were some things that transpired that those in leadership were not transparent about.
Due to the high volume of loans because of the low interest rates, and the fact that I was shopping around for the best prices, I felt like at some point in time prior to me working with Nicholas there was a little miss communication on both myself and PennyMac but was quickly resolved. When I went to sign the final documents it was nice to have money comming back but I was miss quoted by $128 on my monthly payments. Not a huge deal, you get what you pay for. PennyMac is worth every penny.
I so enjoyed working with Brandon. He was always quick to answer any questions. He's an asset to your company. Thank you brandon

Took longer than expected. Same documents requested multiple times
Done with less paperwork. Except for a small glitch in E signing all went smooth. Closing process was professional and pleasant!
