Expected less document submittal being an existing customer. Seems like a lot of people involved. Wasn’t sure at times who my service rep was. I think we changed mid stream.

PennyMac has always made my buying a house and refinancing very easy from the beginning. Everybody involved were very friendly, patient and cordial. Listen to what I stated about the solar lien. I clearly stated from day one that there was solar lien on the property. I clearly state the requirements to obtain a release. A week before closing I was contacted about the lien and the need for a release. WHY didn't anyone pay attention to my comments! You had all the information regarding how to obtain a release on day one.

It is very unpleasant to work with a company that discriminants against veterans. I found PennyMac to be disgusting. Late to every single appointment, rescheduling's, wrong information, it was absolutely terrible.
