It took a long time for the closure of the loan

The communication from the loan processor was really good and clear. She was calling me once a week keep me inform to how the process doin.

Great experience working with Penny Mac.
There were a few set back but it was paper related. Over all it went smooth
Larry was fantastic. Everything went quickly and as communicated. The only issue we experienced was a delay in closing due to a loan closure violation. The delay was not an issue but also wasn't communicated, so we were looking for our notary to arrive on the scheduled date....but that didn't happen. After we called, Larry got us straightened out and rescheduled. From there all went as planned. Very impressed with how quickly my loan was closed. Highly recommend Penny Mac for ReFi.
Closing didn't happen on time.
I know the timeframes have been pushed back due to covid, however I feel I’ve waited a little too long to close. The service was great I just didn’t like how long it took for my loan to close.
