It was not clear on when the money should be sent. One agent said pay one last payment and your boss said no that I was finished paying ???

After my loan closed, we found out our closing numbers were wrong and instead of $2,000 back, we should have received $200 and some dollars. We had to write a check back to service link. Then we received paperwork for our "new" loan and the address is incorrect. Really? It seems like pretty incompetent work.

The automated email format was not user friendly. It had come documents waiting for signature that were not required for my loan. In addition, I received an e-mail saying my loan would be disapproved for lack of documentation, when what was being asked for was not required. While this was resolved, and I believe this was not Xavier’s fault, it did create unnecessary stress during the process.

I already had a loan with PennyMac using my VA loan. I need to get my monthly payments lowered after I separated and they made it quick and easy. I have a lower payment and lower interest rate now.
