Best experience I've had with a mortgage company Rashawna was great and always responded to calls or questions promptly.
The entire process was super easy.

This refi process was so easy from start to finish. Everything was done electronically and the closing documents were brought to our house for signing. It was a very convenient process.
Communication amongst the PennyMac team and also with barrower would have made it better
Constantly told different things by different people it felt like I never talked to the same person twice. One person would say I had everything and was all set and another person would say I was missing something. Was told that was everything multiple times only for them to come back asking for more stuff. Emails went unanswered from me, penny Mac didn’t send paperwork to the closer...the list goes on. This took forever and was awful.
The PennyMac Team was right on time with everything. Stayed in constant contact with us from beginning to end. Answered all questions and let us know what to expect at closing
My experience was great from start to finish. The process was seamless and took less time to close than I anticipated. HIGHLY recommend this company. V/r
