I choose PennyMac for my refinance because I already had an account with them and they had all of my information. And as I expected, it was a very easy process and concluded with no complications.

Frequently asked for paperwork that was already provided multiple times.. The lady that was supposed to do our closing did not show for the first appointment. Process overall took way longer than it was supposed to.
