I was pleased with the service I received with all of those that helped us through the refinance loan process. Efficient, helpful, courteous, and prompt assistance through the whole process.

Each person I dealt with was very helpful and explained things thoroughly. They were polite and professional. The whole refi went smoothly and both I and my husband are very happy with the result.
The experience I had with Penny Mac on my house refinance one I would be glad to do all over again cause the whole experience was great. The time it took from beginning to end was right on time no hassle and very little work on my part and oh yes I would recommend them to my family and friends
Everything went very smooth and Andre got the job done fast
Easy application process, not much was required of me other than submitting a few documents, got a lower rate and lowered my payments. Mr Mortenson was easy to contact when needed.
My initial contact Nathan was amazing. Great communication and very knowledgeable about the process. Once my file was passed off from Nathan the process went downhill. The communication became very poor. The loan officer I worked with was very rushy through the whole process. Any time we would talk and I would have question she would completely over talk me. Eventually I would have to stop her and say slow down! It was not a pleasant process and I wish I had more space to write more details.
The team was very nice and always there for me!
They answered any and all questions quickly and were very helpful throughout the entire process.
