The county name was spelled wrong on the closing documents. It was nice to have the notary come to the house; however, some documents were a bit confusing and he couldn't offer any information or real explanation (not his role). It would have been nice if we could have Zoomed or Google Met in a Penny Mac rep to answer those questions.
Mario was excellent, but we had a delay when a supervisor did not reply to a question in a timely manner. The rest of the process was smooth.
Letisia Gonzales did a great job with the whole buying process. Appreciate her efforts keeping me informed and resolving issues. Also want to note Jessica McGillewie, she helped get the process started. She did a great job as well. A great team!

My mortgage loan specialist, Sandra, was polite, considerate, friendly, very efficient, and showed good attention to detail. I had a really good experience working with Sandra at PennyMac I would highly recommend PennyMac to others for a mortgage provider.
The portal seemed to be a bit difficult and not working properly. Documents were loaded in a timely manner, but towards the end of the process could not be found and had to be resubmitted. Also, there is an information gap between the human knowledge and what the portal was showing as far as progress goes. It seemed that the portal was a step ahead of where the actual process was in terms of moving through the various loan approval/processing steps.
Penny Mac has worked very closely with us and well communicated with us! We are 200% satisfied with Penny Mac’a smooth transaction/service
