Just a tad bit more communication, I didn’t know that I wasn’t going to get the full amount of money I requested until I was getting my closing disclosure, so I had to make some adjustments to my plans for the equity I borrowed, but I will also say that the amount I was given was not Hilda’s fault, my house appraised for less than I thought it would.
The only thing that would have been better is if the closing was done virtually.
Each step was explained and what was next. This was very helpful as I didn't want to be left wondering. The staff was professional, knowledgeable and nice. Ross is a dream. I wish all loan officers were as patient and knowledgeable. Molly was wonderful. I give the process an A+
Mariely did an outstanding job of paying close attention to my needs as a customer and fulfilling them. Before that, the service rendered by the person handling the case before was disappointing. I had to wait for days to get a response and weeks to get any resolution if that.
Everything was fine other than I thought it was strange that after our refinance was approved, we had to send in information on how to contact our employers to make sure we were employed. The employment verification step was completed AFTER our refinance was approved and we had already submitted pay stubs and other documents. Then both of our employers mentioned they never received any calls/communications from PennyMac to actually confirm our employment? Very strange.
Both Ashley Tolliver and Teresa N. Henry were outstanding in their service and communication of the loan process. I felt that all my questions and concerns were answered in a timely manner. Although the loan process took a few weeks longer than anticipated they both kept us informed and advocated for a successful outcome.
Everyone was very informative and kept me updated on when my closing would be. They answered all my questions very quick
The process was easy and fast. My loan office stay in contact throughout the whole experience she was amazing.
