Everything and everyone were great!
I thought since we currently had our mortgage with PennyMac, it would go a lot faster. That is what it is. My biggest "complaint" would be the extreme lack of communication. The person I originally was dealing with was very attentive to my concerns and VERY quick to respond. The person I ended up with was not at all. They were VERY nice the 2 times I spoke to them, but they were not at all attentive and VERY slow to contact me....even sometimes upon my contacting them more than once.
From the application process all the way to the closing documents, Kyle and his team did an amazing job with updates and check ins along the way. Thank you to Kyle and his team. Raymond Hilko
PennyMac has a awesome team. Nicholas Guerrero was great in every area in helping me with my refinance loan. I also want to thank Michael Payne he was the first to answer the phone when I call and helping me get on the right track for this loan and getting the team to help me threw it all. The assistant to Gina mis-quoted me payment and cash out many times. It was very confusing.
We refinanced an existing loan we already had with PennyMac and the whole process was very efficient and the rates very competitive. Debra Creelman was the initial loan officer and was very helpful in getting us started. Janette Matthews was our ongoing Home Loan Specialist and was simply outstanding - very prompt responses to communication, always helpful and we really felt she had our best interests at heart throughout.
