I had actually been working with another company but could not understand why it was costing so much to refinance. I called my current mortgage company (you) and I’m so thankful I did. Not only did Tiera *shop* for the best mortgage options for me, she explained everything in detail. I’ve never had this level of support. I will refer all of my friends to Pennymac and specifically Tiera Green-Mabson. She was fantastic to work with.

Difficult in getting ahold of processor for clarification questions. Some confusion on the closing date.
I was previously working with another bank to refinance my loan but after months of no communication and being hung out to dry, I contacted Penny Mac about refinancing my current loan with them and they had me signing paperwork in just two hours! So smooth and easy!! Not to mention only 3 weeks later I was closing! We went from a 5.1% interest rate to a 2.6% rate!! I highly recommend Penny Mac Loan Services!
